Ad platforms fingerprint the images you upload. When the same file runs in many ad sets, campaigns or ad accounts, it is treated as one creative: the variants compete with each other in the auction, collect the same frequency and wear out together. Uniquelized variants give each placement its own file, so you can test and scale them separately.
It's also the quickest way to refresh a winner. A creative that has been running for weeks builds up frequency and fatigue; a slightly cropped, recolored variant lets you relaunch the same proven angle as a new ad instead of designing from scratch.
Every edit is small on purpose. Light keeps the creative visually identical, Medium is the everyday setting, and Strong pushes the visual difference further for files that already circulate widely. The difference score shows how far each variant moved from the original, measured with a perceptual hash.
Uniquelizing changes the file, not the message: the ad still has to follow the platform's advertising policies. All processing is plain JavaScript in your browser — your images are never uploaded or stored.
