At MTWSPY, we provide immediate access to our digital analytical platform, database, and search tools upon successful payment. Because our service delivers instant value and un-sharable digital data, we enforce a strict refund policy to prevent platform abuse.
Please read this Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription.
1. General Principles & "All Sales Are Final"
- No Automatic Refunds: Except as explicitly stated in this Policy, all purchases, renewals, and subscription fees for MTWSPY are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Instant Delivery: Since access to the aggregated advertising database is granted instantly upon payment, the service is considered fully rendered once the account gains active status.
- No Pro-Rata Refunds for Cancellation: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days within an active billing cycle if you decide to cancel your subscription early.
1.1 EU Consumers & Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union: by completing your purchase, you expressly request and consent to the immediate provision of the digital service. You acknowledge that, once access to the platform has been granted, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This waiver does not affect your statutory rights in cases of non-conformity of the digital service.
2. Service Outage & Proportional Compensation
MTWSPY values platform stability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. Refunds or compensations for service downtime are strictly limited to the following rules:
- 24-Hour Threshold: Refund claims are only eligible for review if a major technical service outage occurs on our side (e.g., total backend collapse, server power failures) and lasts for more than 24 consecutive hours.
- Proportional Calculation: Any approved compensation for a verified service outage will be calculated proportionally. You will only be refunded for the exact amount of hours/days the service was completely unavailable, based on the price of your active subscription plan.
- Time-Limit for Claims: Any refund claim regarding a service outage must be submitted to our support team within 14 days of the occurrence. Claims submitted after 14 days will be automatically rejected.
3. Exclusions from Liability (Third-Party Failures)
MTWSPY shall not be held responsible, and no refunds or compensations will be issued, for service degradation or access issues caused by:
- Failures, restrictions, or connectivity problems originating from the user's Internet Service Provider (ISP).
- Restrictions, blocks, or failures related to the user's third-party proxy servers, VPN providers, or local network configurations.
- Operational changes, bans, or API restrictions implemented by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook) that are outside of MTWSPY's direct control.
4. Absolute Disqualification (No-Refund Triggers)
A refund request will be strictly denied if:
- You have executed searches, viewed ad details, or otherwise used the platform's data during the billing period.
- The user has violated any provision of the MTWSPY Terms of Service.
- The account was flagged, suspended, or terminated for scraping, automated data extraction, reverse engineering, rate-limit abuse, or account sharing.
- The user initiates a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution or payment gateway before contacting MTWSPY support.
5. Refund Methods and Technical Fees
To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and financial tracking standards, refunds are processed strictly based on the original payment method:
- Card Payments (Credit/Debit Cards): Refunds will be issued back only to the exact card or financial account used to make the original purchase.
- Alternative Payment Methods: Where an alternative payment method was used, refunds will be issued back to the original payment source.
- Deduction of Fees: Any processing fees and gateway operational costs will be fully deducted from the final refund amount.
- Processing Speed: Once approved by the administration, refunds are processed within 4 to 7 working days.
6. Dispute Resolution & Chargeback Policy
You explicitly agree to resolve any billing issues or dissatisfaction directly with MTWSPY administration via email. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card processor without prior written contact with our support team, we reserve the right to suspend the associated account and to contest the dispute by presenting this Policy and the relevant account usage records to the payment processor as evidence of an authorized transaction.
